For young athletes age 17 & under, in any sport — may be completed by the athlete or a team coach.

Established in memory of Chase Culp, who tragically passed on August 30, 2024. The CHASExcellence Scholarship honors an athlete who lives out the core values of our program in pursuit of excellence — just as Chase did. At just 12 years old, Chase was more than an Eagles basketball player — he was a beloved teammate, a loyal friend, and a joyful spirit who brought heart and hustle to everything he did. His smile lit up the court, and his kindness touched everyone lucky enough to know him.

We recognize athletes who embody:

Toughness — physically and mentally
Composure — positive body language
Unified — family mind-set, high fives, picking guys up off the floor
Dedication — choosing extra work

This award helps cover team costs and gear for deserving athletes who represent these values.

Young athlete, age 17 or under, in any sport
May be submitted by the athlete or their coach/coaching staff
Scholarship will be paid to the head coach or administrator of the team
Parents will be notified of the scholarship amount
