Raffle Official Rules

✅ Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of Colorado who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees, board members, and immediate family members of CHASExcellence Foundation leadership are not eligible to win.

✅ How to Enter

• Tickets may be purchased online for the price listed on the specific raffle’s Givebutter fundraising page, linked from chasexcellence25.org.
• There is no limit to the number of tickets a single entrant may purchase, unless otherwise stated for a specific raffle.
• No purchase is necessary to support CHASExcellence’s mission generally — general donations can be made at any time via the Donate section of our website. However, entry into a specific raffle drawing requires purchase of a raffle ticket for that raffle.

✅ Raffle Period & Prizes

• Each raffle’s start date, end date, and prize details are posted on that raffle’s listing on our Events page and its Givebutter campaign.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless stated otherwise for a specific raffle.

✅ Winner Selection

• Winner(s) are selected at random from all valid, paid ticket entries received before the raffle’s close.

✅ Winner Notification & Claim Deadline

• The winner will be notified using the phone number and/or email provided at the time of ticket purchase, and may also be announced publicly on chasexcellence25.org and CHASExcellence’s social media accounts.
• The winner must respond to claim their prize within 7 days of first notification. We will attempt to reach the winner through multiple channels (phone, text, and email) during this period.
• If a winner cannot be reached or does not respond within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited and CHASExcellence Foundation reserves the right to select an alternate winner using the same random selection process.

✅ Use of Winner’s Name

• By accepting a prize, the winner grants CHASExcellence Foundation permission to publicly announce their name and the prize won on our website and social media, unless the winner requests otherwise in writing.

✅ General

• All proceeds benefit the CHASExcellence Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 42-1909009), supporting scholarships and programs for young athletes.
• CHASExcellence Foundation reserves the right to modify or cancel a raffle at any time.
• Void where prohibited by law.
